Resources

Practical notes for the people who use our projects: shippers on Nnukwu Trade, operators reporting corridor conditions, and businesses evaluating a work platform.

Using Nnukwu Trade

  • Search published corridor schedules by origin and destination before you commit to capacity.
  • Keep your booking, bill of lading and container references to hand: any of the three will track.
  • Treat a published transit time as a planning guide until a rate confirmation is issued.

Reporting a corridor problem

  • Send the reference, the location and the time. A screenshot is usually worth three emails.
  • Report delays when they happen rather than at month end, so others on the lane can plan around them.
  • Congestion, missed cut-offs and documentation blocks are the three we act on fastest.

Working with us

Our studios take on a small number of design partners each quarter: operators, associations and public institutions willing to test early versions of a project in exchange for direct access to the team building it.

Field notes from those pilots are published in the newsroom, with the numbers behind them where we are allowed to share them.
